This will be my last post for awhile.
Maybe. I actually won't have any idea until I get there.
But I'd imagine access to the World Wide Web will not be so readily available, and since I won't be bringing my laptop, I can guarantee it.
I started packing my stuff, and then stopped cause I absolutely hate packing with all my heart. It's ridiculous. Who enjoys stuffing all their things from a nice wide open shelf to the small confine area of a backpack. Who would enjoy this and why? It's literally no fun. People who always talk about packing like it's this great fantastic new and exciting activity, make me wonder what kind of childhood they had. If you enjoy packing so much, get your butt up to room 304 stat, pronto, now, and pack my shenanigans...please.
I always picture myself out in Asia thinking, "oh great I forgot to pack ______, and now that this item is missing in my life for the next 8 weeks I know now for sure, that the next 8 weeks are going to be horrific because of the absence of ______. And of course it's just not the same if you go to a place in China or anywhere for that matter, and buy ____, cause it'll probably be made out of some weird material, or taste like wood, or snap in like 10 seconds cause you bought a cheap ____ because you don't need to buy a fancy schmancy new ____ because you already have _____ back at home, and you don't actually need to own 2 _______. And this is why I hate packing so friggen much, cause I just know this situation is going to happen regardless of how efficient of a job I do. Even if I triple check or double check and get multiple people to pack for me, ____ will always be missing, and then we just have a massive crisis on our hands don't we.
Anyway, please write emails, messages and whatever because it'll keep me sane as I go out into the world of symbols and miscommunication. How do you say "grande bold" in chinese? I'll be leaving Monday afternoon.
Cheers.
