Have a Go You Mug

Our base has around 130 people living here.
Now, add around 60 more, and you have a densely over populated area on hand.
The school that was on Outreach returned for their week of de-brief last Friday, and a school called Sprungbrett (it means Spring Board in Swiss German, but we call them the Spring Break Kids) also returned simultaneously.
Good Afternoon Madame Chaos.
One thing is for sure, I received revelation on the capacity of the human layrnx to produce high pitch screams of joy. It was absurd, but then again, I’m more than certain my DTS won’t be any different.
We did however, have an escape, which just so happened to be Mount Verbier once again. We enjoyed some spring skiing conditions. Most of us were riding comfortably down with long sleeved T’s and snow pants, which is definitely the most comfortable way to snowboard.
This week, and half of last week we’ve had an Aussie named John Faull talk on evangelism and prayer. It was a good half week on evangelism that really convicted me. Am I as passionate about my faith like I am about snowboarding/wakeboarding/drums/dry sarcastic remarks? Excellent question. One, I’m not sure I’m comfortable with answering at the moment. The thing John always expresses is just going for it, and seeing what happens.

This week, were hitting up the “Prayer” section of his teachings. One person from the old school said it just completely changed him, and we’ve received similar testimonies from a bunch of staff and other students about this week. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s going to happen. It’s Tuesday, and already it’s been nothing short of amazing.

In other news, I accepted the offer Western University gave me. Nothing like dealing with stuff at home from 6 time zones away. As of now, I have a future.
