Crazy Taxi

Fact: Taxi drivers are known for being crazy all over the world.
Fact: China taxi drivers win, hands down, no competition when it comes to craziness and getting you there on time. China taxis are what nascar wishes it was.
It's actually hilarious, how obnoxiously reckless and dangerous they are. And for some reason, no matter how insane or dangerous, I always feel comfortable in a taxi.

Typical China Taxi Behaviour includes:

-Cutting through the middle of 2 lanes when in traffic, or on freeway or in any situation really
-Cutting right to the front of the line at a red light
-Driving on the wrong side of the road when in traffic, or just because.
-Ridiculously Fast, all the time
- Driving as fast as they can up to a red light, and then slamming on the brakes
-Listening to Wicked Chinese Music
-Laughing when the White people scream for their lives
-Signaling is for suckers
-Turning a 2 lane highway, into a 4 lane highway
-Basically almost killing us multiple times all for the sake of getting to his destination asap.
-costing next to nothing

When you're in a China Taxi you can't help but yell, scream, call upon God for help, and say things like "dude, i could reach out my hand and touch every car that we just passed"
And the amazing thing is, no one seems upset by their behaviour, I think they've just done it long enough that everyone knows that the China taxis (and buses) are going to be obnoxiously reckless and endanger everyone lives, and that's just life.

So, if you're in China, and want to do some daring stunts, cross at a busy intersection, or take a taxi in Chongqing. It's all the thrill you need.

Recently, we've come up with the idea of "White Boy Dances".
Where we go into crowded areas in the city, which are not hard to find, and dance the night away.
It's our way of bringing joy to the city. By the time this whole trip is over we hope to have compiled enough white boy dance clips to make a video.
Stay tuned. White boy dancing is coming soon.
And by soon, I mean in like over a month.
I really shouldn't have said anything, but I'm just so darn excited.
